Photo report: Leidsche Rijn

So I've been asked by some of you guys about my photo serie of about provision of services in Leidsche Rijn. Which is a neighbourhood in Utrecht. Our assignment was to pick a category with teams of 4 to 5. My group decided to go for Leidsche Rijn by night and this is how I ended up with my subject.

I had two nights with the police, a night with the ambulance and a night at the fire arms. It was super intresting to see and talk to everyone. And all though I was a bit scared especially while joining the ambulance, I think my photos turned out quite alright! I didn't get my grade yet but got some great reactions at the exhibition.
We made a catalogue of the exhibition as well which turned out great. I'm very happy with the result and the opportunity of doing this.

What do you guys think?

  1. Ik zou zelf ook een beetje bang zijn, vind het stiekem al een beetje eng om jouw foto's te zien, maar ik vind het een mooi project!

  2. I really like the first picture, how the lighting is in the picture and the contrast of black and the lights. I'm sure it was quite something to join the ambulance!
