Crush #8: Rose Leslie

I wouldn't say that I'm a massive fan of Rose (I do really like here tho!), but I do think she's absolutely gorgeous. Not to forget about her character Ygritte (whom I love) in Game of Thrones. Because well.. "You know nothing Jon Snow." As the girl 'kissed by fire' and her gorgeous red hair I've started to develop a girl crush. I haven't seen her in anything else yet but think this could be the start of her career. (I hope) I've finished Storm of Swords so do know a little something about what will happen to her in the next season. But my lips are sealed and I won't say anything.

Oh and a little comment on the second picture. Do you recognise Emilia Clarke? One of my earlier girl crushes.

Crush #7: Jennifer Lawrence

If I would've said I loved Jennifer Lawrence 2 years ago, everyone would've asked me who she was. But now, and especially after last week Oscars. Everyone knows who she is. After Tumblr going absolutely crazy about all Jennifer's interview about a year ago. She started to get more known. And because I'd read the Hunger Games books about 4 years ago and she casted as Katniss. I started researching and watched her first movie Winter's Bone. For which she got an Oscar nomination at 19 years old. GIFs of Jennifer are everywhere on the internet and she seems like a really genuine and fun person to be with.
People say she came from the internet and just got famous. Did you all see her interview getting intruded by Jack Nicholson? Or her interview at Jay Leno? I've spend multiple evenings just looking at interview with Jennifer. Girl crush? I'd definitely say so! And I have to admit when she just got casted.. Me and the rest of the District12.be team, (I'm a co-admin) weren't to sure. She was blonde and not really the girl we had in mind. And look how it turned out now? We all love Jennifer and she did such an amazing job as Katniss. And not to forget about Silver Linings Playbook, which I watched this week. She absolutely deserved that Oscar.

Her personality seems great and isn't she beautiful? What do you think of Jennifer?

Crush #6: Robert Downey Jr.

It was about time for another crush. And I definitely don't want to miss out on one of my favourite male actors. Robert Downey Jr. Most of you might know him as Iron Man or Sherlock Holmes. But as I still have to watch a lot of his movies, I think he's funny and great. I got a small glimpse of him at the Sherlock Holmes (Game of Shadows) premiere in London last year.

Robert Downey Jr. is born New York City on 4 april 1965. And most famous for his roles in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Zodiac, Iron Man, Sherlock Holmes and the Avengers. I think you guys must have seen him in one of these right?

Crush #6: Ian Somerhalder

It was about time for another crush. Ian Somerhalder. Most of you might know him as Damon Salvatore in the Vampire Diares, or maybe Boone in Lost. He has been a model before his acting career but picked the acting over the modeling. But Ian also has his own foundation called ISF. (Ian Somerhalder Foundation) And as I worked along to the International Green Awards (in London) last year I know he won one for 'Most Responsible Celebrity' this year. He launched his foundation on the 8th of December 2010, which is also his birthday. He hopes to educate people on the importance of protecting the environment and animals: "Instead of gifts this year, my birthday wish is that we come together and raise funds to support projects that protect our habitat and nurture our furry friends.

And next to all that.. We have to say he's quite enjoyable to look at, isn't he?

Crush #5: Emma Watson

I thought it was time for another of my crushes. As it's been a while. It's a girly one again. And this time it's Emma Watson. It has been a bit quiet around her after the last Harry Potter movie but after the Perks of Being a Wallflower releasing I couldn't help but picking her for a blogpost. 

Emma must have been one of my first girlcrushes ever. As a big Harry Potter fan Emma has always been some sort of role model for me. I grew with her in age and wanted to be her.. Or would it have been Hermione. All though after making some fansites about her on a very young age. (around 12 years old) I followed everything she did and wore. And all though Emma's style isn't entirely what I'm into right now, I still admire her as a person. I'm still following the project she's working on and am secretly still really proud and happy with the autograph I got of her. And yes I did see her twice in real life. I can say I'm a Emma Watson fangirl. 

Crush #4: Craig Horner

I don't think a lot of people really know Craig Horner. He's an Australian actor and the thing I do know him from is a tv-show I absolutely love.. Legend of the Seeker. And even that might not sound to well known. That might because it got cancelled after 2 seasons. I was absolutely gutted about the show being cancelled and still really miss it. I loved Craig as Richard Cypher and hope he'll be cast in a future movie or tv show soon. But not only for girls is this show is very pleasant to look at, yes this guy likes to walk around with a bare chest. (watch the first 2 minutes of the very first episode) I can't help to say, the girls in this show are attractive and totally bad-ass. Throwing knifes around and catsuits are included. 

But the thing which is really excited about this post. I will meet Craig in less then 2 months, as he'll be attending RingCon. I'll definitely make a blog post about that after visiting and tell you guys all about it.

Crush #3: Tom Hardy

I think it's time for a man crush this time! I had a bit of a struggle of picking one for this week. (I couldn't pick one of four) But as my obsession with the Dark Knight Rises grew in the last week I decided to go for Tom Hardy. I definitely didn't see all of his movie but was absolutely impressed by his roles in Inception, Warrior and The Dark Knight Rises. Did you see the weight he gained for his roles? Especially in Warrior and as Bane in the Dark Knight Rises. Only for the role as Bane he gained 14 kgs (30,8 lbs) in 12 weeks. Quite impressive right?
I'm definitely planning on seeing more of his movies and will keep looking out for more. And just to add this, my eyes don't mind looking at him. The other thing I like? He isn't the mainstream pretty guy.

The weird thing about this story? Two months ago I walked into Tom Hardy, no this is not a joke. I was visiting my boyfriend in London and we went out with his parents for a day at Hampton Coart. We were walking around, doing a little bit of shopping. And at that moment my boyfriend starts shaking me around whispering, 'Woaa that's Tom Hardy'. I turned around and after recently seeing Warrior I was quite confused by his appearance, he lost a lot of weight and had quite a big beard. Nothing wrong with that of course! I asked if I had to go over to him and ask for an autograph. But as Tom was just out for lunch with his girlfriend we both decided we didn't really want to bother him.
The things happening to you in London.. Walk into Tom Hardy, quite unrealistic.

Crush #2: Emilia Clarke

I'm sorry for not posting anything of my trip to Dublin yet, but I'm trying to get the best pictures set up for you guys. So here's another Crush post. Next time I'll pick a male, but there just so much amazing female, especially actresses, around at the moment.

This time: Emilia Clarke. Or as a lot of people might now here as, Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones. I've became a big fan of this show in July 2011. After re-watching the show about 4 times, Daenerys came out as one of my definite favorite characters. And yes, I'm still planning on cosplaying her as well.
But after a little bit of research I found Emilia, who doesn't look like Daenerys at all but is absolutely gorgeous and an amazing actress. Definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Crush #1: Emma Stone

Emma Stone, I hope you guys heard about her already. One of my absolute girlcrushes at the moment. I absolutely love her geekyness and smile. Easy A was the first movie I saw of hers, and I must have watched it about 5 times already. It's hilarious! All though I prefer her as a redhead, she still look wonderful as a blondy as well.
Her and Andrew Garfield are the cutest couple ever. And all though I wasn't to excited about the Amazing Spiderman, I am now!
